I have been shopping here every Saturday .however 09th July 22 I have to say the manager who served me was rude infact dam right insulting ..I chose 3 items off the 2 rail and when I went to pay she was charging the full prices which can I state were about 4.25 for each second hand tops . The manager then added that someone must of put them there has the price would of been crossed off to say 2.00 .So I Went over and showed her nearly most of the topson 2 pound rail were not crossed of to say 2. The manager did not comment and certainly did not give them them me for 2 either. This shop is so over priced with all there items its a joke!! It's worn it's second hand and nearly all clothes are .4.25 or over.

Weve been coming too this store for around 7 years, never had a problem, all the staff have always been really lovely UNTIL TODAY We walked into the shop today 01/06/2022 I instantly noticed the elderly lady watching my children like a hawk, I though ok what ever my 6yr old found a toy he wanted too buy out of his pocket money, and stood in the queue Myself and my other 3 boys stood back waiting for him.. When my 9yr old picked up a cheap tacky over priced costume jewellery bracelet too show me the old lady suddenly grabbed his arm and snatched it out of his hand!! Extremely aggressively In what world is it ok too grab someone elses child? Id have been more understanding if hed started too walk away with it, but we was stood in place smack bang in the middle of the shop!!! it was unnecessary and uncalled for, my child picked up the tacky bit of jewellery out of utter boredom, as we was waiting nearly 10mins for the lady serving ONE women @ the till, who had TWO items!! You need too send your staff into some kind of Customer service training!! & tell your coffin dodger too keep her old manky hands too herself!!!
