        We used Bill Tandy at Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield to sell our property. They had sold the house next door twice so we decided to go with them. We found Nick Edwards very helpful. We asked him how long it would take to sell, and he said he reckoned that we would be done and dusted by spring. We sold within a few days and are now moving on at beginning of spring, so he was spot on there. Nick was honest when it came to valuing our house and told us the realistic price for it. We felt that we would always get an honest opinion from Nick and would recommend Bill Tandy as we got a great service from them, though short (which was good for us).

        We purchased our current home with Bill Tandy 5years ago. Rcently I needed some help with something reg getting in touch with previous vendor, who's number I misplaced so when I called Bill Tandy they were very kind enought to ask vendor to get in touch with me. Due to privercy they couldn't give out number but they did request a call to me which happened immediately. Thank you for your help.
