        Absolutely embarrassing, u need to speak to a doctor. Are asked to call at 8am for the the phone to be engaged all the way through to 9am and still havent got through yet. Whos idea is it to tell everyone to call at 8pm. Shambles

        Been with this doctors 38 years they used to be brilliant but over the last 5 years they have gone downhill rapidly can never get through when i phone and the odd time i do theres no appointments anyway spent an hour on the phone this morning to be told ring back tomorrow they really are a waste of time
