Rubbish doctors, havent managed to get in on multiple occasions and Im getting fed up of trying to be seen by a doctor but not being able to every time. Ringing up at 8am to be told by 8:05 theyve got not space for any call backs any more.

This Surgery took me off their register without telling me. I only found out when I went to renew my prescription. Average time it takes to answer a call is 45 minutes. Staff unfriendly and not helpful. Only upside if you can get an appointment the drs are good.

Impossible to get an appt. Regardless of what time you call, it is either not answered or the receptionist tells you to ring 111. No wonder A&Es are always busy if you cant get in at your doctor.

Expecting my 80 year old mom to queue outside from 7.30am in -2 degrees with ice on the ground to try and get a telephone appointment for a referral. Ridiculous, she also phoned and was waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes to get through and again was told to queue in the morning. Terrible service.
