An amazing home care provider - Home Instead really looked after my dad live with dementia in the comfort of his own home

Since the beginning of the year, we have been using Home Instead in Sutton Coldfield. They were recommended by a neighbour because we were dissatisfied with the quality of care provided by the previous agency. I am very pleased and convinced that we made the right decision in hiring them. My Dad has received excellent, professional care from a variety of carers. My dad is looking forward to their visits. I've never seen him laugh so hard, and I'm grateful to the ladies for their help. It is simple to get in touch, and responses are always prompt. The carers' timekeeping is excellent; I cannot fault them. Office staff acts promptly and proactively when there are changes to needs. I will happily recommend to anyone requiring care for their family.

I have worked for Home instead for over a year now and its the best decision I have ever made. After leaving a corporate role with no idea what I wanted to persue a career in, I came across a job advertisement for Home instead and applied after seeing how fantastic it looked. A full weeks recognised training is carried out to ensure clients are provided with the most professional and best care, which I think is extremely important. As all calls are minimum of 1 hour you are able to create a special bond with clients and see trends to help with their needs and requirements. My favourite thing about home instead, is that we are matched with our clients so we always have things to relate to regarding our hobbies and interests. The Homeinstead office team are extremely supportive and are only a phone call away. We have been looked after throughout the covid period and have always been provided with sufficient amounts of PPE to keep ourselves and our clients safe. It is an absolute pleasure to work for Homeinstead and I love making such a difference.

Absolutely amazing company to work for. I've worked for home instead for 9 years now and couldn't imagine doing anything else. I had no care experience before hand but within my 9 years I've learned a lot and am still learning to this day. The company has given many opportunities to learn new skills. The office team are a great support. I am matched to my clients and my schedule works perfectly around my family life. I would highly recommend.
