Absolutely terrible company to work for , expect you to cover all the hours , when people are off sick , then give the people that have been on the sick extra hours to make there money up ?? And drop you. Don't make sense to me at all. Office staff have there favourites as well. and carers they don't like. Was told by a ex office staff what they actually get up to at the Sutton Coldfield branch. When there doing the Rota s , who gets what call depends on how popular they are with office. Management let them do this as well , which is disgusting. Don't be led by there good rate of pay either. Stay away. .........

Everyone makes you feel welcome and really listens to you. They are always there to help you, whenever you need it. It is a pleasure to work for this company.

I have been with Helping hands for 5 years now, firstly as a live-in carer, and then for the last 3 and half years as a hourly carer with TEAMSUTTON. All my experiences at Helping hands have been positive, I am pleased to say. I have had lovely customers, that have treated me as part of the family and looked forward to my visits. Every carer I have worked with has been very professional and always friendly and conscientious of their role as a carer. The office staff and manager are always welcoming and go out of their way to make sure you are happy with everything involved in your day to day routine of the job, and always have the kettle on usually with biscuits. If you need to just chat or even a shoulder to cry on they are more than happy to sit and listen to you as a friend, what more can you ask for. Well done TEAMSUTTON is great to part of your team.
