DMR Services (Head Office)

We paid these guys 50 in mid December. They ignored all calls and emails until mid January. They finally booked us in for an assessment after initially saying they have no record of the payment. We had to give them a bank statement before they admitted they've been paid. Then they didn't phone on the assessment day or time. Instead, they called the wrong number and then later pretended to have phoned us when they hadn't. Absolutely useless, heartless, incompetent people. No wonder the suicide rates among men are so high. They took their fifty pounds and didn't help us at all to access the children. Absolutely cruel, heartless and useless organisation. They love and support women, but are men haters to the core. Avoid like the plague if you are male.

When I have called DMR Services they have been very helpful. The staff have assisted me when needed. Fantastic service. Positive relationship between absent parent and child has been encouraged and supported by DMR Services.

Hi, I want to compliment Diane and Tarlin for amazing work. I may have got Tarlins name wrong, but I mean the staff that supervised our childs contact on19/08/22 16:50 to 17:30pm ( Birmingham) Tarlin and Diane are amazing and very professional. They made us very welcome and comfortable. We didnt realise we were waiting 15 minutes after. And they did their job deligently. Thank you (Diane and Tarlin) for making us feel welcome even during these hard times. At the same time, I wish to raise concerns about Zane (she supervised contact on 16/08/22) 16:30-17:30pm This person was so abrupt and this is not the first time! She needs to learn how to conduct herself especially in the presence of the kids. We were very disappointed!
