        Order cancelled the day after placing it without giving a reason. They just said they were going to cancel and refund! EDIT: they contacted me after and apologised. They fixed the problem and gave me 10 discount for the problems. Quick and professional.

        Sent me 2 faulty laptops one after the refused. The customer services team leader seemed to not care about my business after refusing the reasonable request of testing the third laptop prior to sending me it. Offered a token discount which worked out at 2% of the value of the product I bought. Would never recommend buying from them again to anyone, ever.
