        Opening hours in the 'winter' period seem to be to suit Veolia rather than the customers/community they should be serving. Weekdays 8am-6pm are no good to people who don't get the train home until after 5.30, the have to pack the car and get to Norris Way = cannot book the last 5-6 slot of the day as the system may say 'your appointment is booked for 5pm - 5.15pm. And to book on a weekend it if difficult due to so much demand. ..... Would be a lot better if had two days (Mon to Fri) when open till 7pm, and that may also help to increase availability on the weekend days
