This branch is top, wide range of awesome quality bathroom components and tiles displayed. I've been served by a wonderful lady Natalia who was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, explaining every single item, giving best price and valuable advice. Highly recommended

The five star review is down solely to Rae at Sutton Coldfield store. I have recently had to visit the store on a number of occasions, and found the male staff to be disinterested and unhelpful. Rae each time went above and beyond with help and advice, if she didn't know the answer to a question, she would find out. She is a credit to this company and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you.

Stay well away from this company. I have been into 2 stores staff just sit there on their computers wont help you despite them saying they have a FREE 3D design service the man in the Sutton Coldfield branch told me to take some books and go away and check myself if they would fit! Whats the point in somewhere to go for advice if thats the advice you get. Absolute rubbish

Highly recommend Easy Bathrooms at Sutton Coldfield. Good choice of bathrooms on display to select from. Can not thank Jason, enough for being so friendly and helpful from start to finish. Very grateful for his advice and expertise. Highly delighted with the bathroom. The products are all of good quality. No hassle with returns. Very impressed, with service.
