all started good, ordered items, paid and delivered no problems, then when fitting noticed we had the wrong legs for the shower tray, asked for correct ones but they didn't turn up so arranged to return, item returned and refund issued but not in full, didn't refunded the vat part, asked for more refund, no answer, contacted credit card to get money back, so a great start but a bad ending all for 17.00. silly man. very petty

We recently had a whole bathroom renovation by the team at Simplicity and I cannot recommend it enough! Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, the communication was quick and effective, the workers (including James who gets a special shout out for subsequently fixing an issue speedily and coming round in the same day despite having other work on). I would recommend going with Simplicity, good quality work and a highly professional service provided. I would go back in a heart-beat if I needed anything else done! Thanks guys!
