I would recommend this company as they are good value for money, worked efficiently and were friendly guys. We booked a slot for the Sunday before a Bank Holiday at 9.30am. They did change the time slot to midday with a few days notice but luckily they were able to change it back to the original time. They arrived on time and got us moved very quickly. We would use them again and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Bad experience with this company... the first attempt at booking we agreed a time on the day to meet in the selly oak area, they then asked for postcode after but I didnt see the message for a couple hours while at work I texted back 2 hours before booking to confirm and they told me theyd taken on another booking... bit annoying but I gave benefit of the doubt as I hadnt seen the later text. We rescheduled for the next day so I arranged for some mates to take the day off work and I booked a slot at the storage site, only to receive a text an hour before booking to say they were held up and couldnt make the booking time. I asked what time they were expecting to be able to make it and had no reply... I texted again an hour later saying I needed to know a rough time so I could plan the journey to the meeting point and again had no reply... I texted again another 15 later saying it was probably too late now as it would take me 45 mins to travel there and had no reply at all even later in the evening. So my mates lost a few hours mate at work and we wasted our whole afternoon hanging around for somebody who clearly doesnt need the money or business and didnt have the decency to reply and let us know what was going on. 1/10 service STAY CLEAR
