Does not give prices per kilo stated on poster in entrance 45p per kg. total waste of time sooner give it to charity. Was paid 19p and told so after looking through 5 bags. So totalled 8.50. Some of the clothes seemed ok, ripped jeans are fashionable but were discarded as ripped!

I have been here twice now. Same very helpful lady checks all the clothes, shoes etc. Items are then bagged and put on a very large set of scales. You can watch the weight going up as clothes are added. Thank you

Went to recycle some clothes on 18th July 2022. Entered the unit to a very unfriendly face, I told the lady at the counter (tall-ish woman, short brown hair) I had 2 bags of clothes and she began taking them out of the bags. Shortly after she explained that the items cant be inside out, I apologised for any items that were. She then threw a tshirt across the counter to me and said you can sort that one I stayed quiet and turned the top the right way round and threw it back. She then proceeded to throw a number of items to me some of which were not even inside out never experienced such rudeness, especially as me and my mum have been there quite a few times and had no issues. Dont know if she was having a bad day but thats still no reason for the disgusting customer service I received. Will not be returning (zero stars wasnt an option)
