The quality of care that is given to clients, family and caregivers is Outstanding, they are very profesional, helpful, understanding, and you get that family feeling, you feel like you are a member of a family aswell as a team. The office staff are amazing and they work to the top level of standards.
One of my clients family members stated that the quality of care is brilliant and the level of care, flexibilty and that they provide the level of care need to fit in with their needs and this makes them feel safe and happy with caregivers looking after their family member and that every penny is worth it.
Homeinstead is most definitely the best care company to work for and I could never work for another care company now I have experience the standards of care provided by them and the profesional standards given
