Dolphin Swimware

I ordered some swim shorts online which arrived looking dreadful. I was shocked when I opened the packet and assumed they must be second hand. They were covered in dust, hairs and had thread coming out in 3 different places. I contacted them straight away with pictures and I was offered 90p off the item which was a blatant insult, or I could return for a refund. My child wants the shorts and obviously a wash will remove the hairs and dust but it is not what you expect when you open a packet.

This is a lovely shop with plenty of choice and lots of different brands. The lady owner gives helpful advice and is very friendly. I will be going back again when my children need new gear.

We arrived just as shut for the day, but they opened up anyway so my daughter could get some fins and were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Sizing was advertised wrongly as a size 8 but then sent an age 8! Dolfin swimwear are adamant they are in the right and will not budge on refunding cost of delivery and/or return. Even offered me a goodwill gesture of free exchange (when thats a normal procedure). One funkita bikini is advertised using age, others using size even both deemed as girls - very confusing, no rhyme or reason why (even though their justification is thats what funkita do - which is rubbish). Anyway 3 emails later. Well it seems like they need the postage costs way more than they need to encourage customers. First and last time Ill be using them. Id recommend simply swim! Wayyy better.
