(0)No stars for this surgery, called them with high fever and really bad symptoms even after 111 refer me to see doctor in 6 hours they had no appointments they asked me to go to boots bought almost all Medicine from selfs but there was no relief these guys had no appointments .. today I called to say my tablets got expired and need tablet on urgent basis again call in the morning to book appointments for prescriptions. This surgery need to change there staff.these people doesnt wanted to help patience. Patience can be in a big mess and they are not there to help them.. I have used Hinckley centre surgery amazing service used them for years they always tried and sort something out for you here they always have reasons to say know.

I have always been treated so well when I have called or visited this surgery. The wait on the line at 8am can be long at times but I have always been treated with respect and care. As a result I have had a face to face consultation today following a phone call from my GP, who is requesting a blood test and other investigations. The surgery are doing their best with the resources they have and will try to get you seen elsewhere of they can't fit you in. Thank you so much.

Shocking practice. Can't get appointment ever. Staff do not follow up on anything. Have causes severe delays in my treatment and as a result, no pay. Always been bad. Seriously needs to be shut
