Enquired yesterday to book him to refit some carpet was told he would come today at 1 or just after.
Today i rang to confirm that he was coming i personally do not think i asked for a lot we all have things to do I did not want my time wasted. Initially he did not answer he then rang me back telling to stop calling him and to stop bugging me and this not how he works he was extremely rude and unprofessional I did loose my temper personally I think it was his time of the month and cancelled his service.
