        Shop looks nicely presented. However, staff arent very well trained, I had two Royal Caine vouchers. I was told I should have printed the voucher and not use my voucher from the phone, although this wasnt stated on the voucher. None of the staff were trained on how to use the voucher correctly, I stated a number of times I had two vouchers. In the end I paid for 2 lots of cat food and was told Id be issued a refund, during the whole process I felt as if I was causing problems and the staff just wanted me out. I most definitely wont be visiting the Sutton store again.
