After work was complete, Alex could not be contactable and would not return any messages or calls. Promised building regulations were all in hand but now I find out were not even started. Avoid. Very immature and unprofessional

I would 100% recommend HCC roofing, Alex and Gary were highly professional from start to finish and the quality of the work has been fantastic. We are so happy with the extension and so glad that we took on board all of their advice and recommendation the end result if fantastic.

Alex and Gary were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The quote was by far the best we found and they even made sure that the extension was done before our son was born. (Despite the weather being poor) Great communication throughout even when there were issues with a single brick wall which was built poorly by the previous owner.

Roof installed November 2020 what should have taken 4 days took nearly 2 months ! Conerns we raised in writing and calls to Alex and Gary were responded to in an unprofessional manner. What we were expected to accept as a good standard was shocking and pleased we took the photographs at every stage. Had we paid im not confident that they would have returned . Eventually wary though we paid price agreed in full that was November 2020. We were told build regs guarantee would be received January at the latest. This is included in price we paid and we still wait. No replies to calls other than one from Alex who blamed company signing them off. That was 2 months ago and we wait again. To say we are very unsatisfied with this company is an understatement .unsure if they read reviews we hope so and hope that they contact us as a matter of urgency. Steve and Donna Company in breach of contract no building regs or guarantee fail to respond to contact avoid !!!!
