Cotton & Crumbs

Tracey did our wedding cake and everything from our first messages swapped, to meeting Tracey to do our design and then our beautiful cake on the day was five star. Our cake was something you dream of as a little girl! Not only did it look amazing but it tasted incredible. I have gluten free members of my family and we got a gluten free layer and it tasted just like the rest of the cake. I would 100% recommend Cotton and Crumbs.

I cannot find the words for the chocolate cake hearts from Cotton & Crumbs, they are unreal! Good quality chocolate, delicious cake and a dollop of salted caramel, what's not to love! Part of the valentine's gift box which was filled with the most heavenly treats. Can't wait for the next gift boxes. Thank you Tracy!

Seen a couple of Tracy's tutorials and this one 'sphere cakes' tutorial is no exception. Tracy takes you through the best baking hacks to get the perfect sphere which is a needed foundation, then right through covering finishing with decoration skills like painting, piping and the making of dainty rose buds. This is one of the most informative tutorial I have had the pleasure of taking a resource needed by everyone as it adds such flare and beauty to cake tables however, you need to learn it to do it and Ms James does a wonderful job of teaching you. Definitely check it out!

Tracy created our wedding cake for our wedding back in April- and all I can say is wow! My husband and I both really enjoyed meeting Tracy at her house, and being so involved in the design of the cake. She guided us through the process but really made us feel like we had created the design! I still can't believe the standard of the sugar flowers- they look real! The cake was beautiful, delivered and set up well in time, and tasted fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend!
