We commissioned Encona Solutions to design, develop and commission a completely new website from an old site that was completely out of date. We had looked at a number of other suppliers and finally settled on Steve Hedge from Encona Solutions, mainly because of recommendations and his pro-active stance. Steve came along and did a presentation to a small group, and then allowed us a full Q & A season so that he could understand exactly what we wanted from our new site. Over the next few weeks Steve was in constant touch with us and after another three months he produced a draft design which we were very impressed with, particularly his grasp of our needs. We agreed on a price for the whole design and development which, from a business point of view was very cost effective having spent upwards of 6,500 on other b business sites We, as a group needed to have the time to work with Encona to have the site exactly how we needed it and we were not disappointed, when Steve produced his final draft which was unanimously approved. Part of the contract with Encona was that they would carry out any amendments within 24 hours, 365 days a year and to his credit Steve has done exactly that. Major additions to the site have been done at cost and again created very swiftly. Our sites contains many videos photographs and we now have a website which is absolutely superb and many of our friends and colleagues from across the country have been in touch with over the last year complementing the design of site. We, as an organisation cannot speak highly enough of Steve Hedge from Encona Solutions. His communication skills, design and development skills are second to none. and he is wholeheartedly recommended if you want to have a first class, cost effective website In conclusion Encona are now designing and developing a new site for another of our businesses which were previously spread out over two websites and from what we have seen to date it is the very high standard which Encona is noted for.
