I cannot speak highly enough of my interactions with Sutton Runner. They were really friendly, helpful and honest when choosing the correct shoes for me which was great. Then a number of months later when one shoe developed a fault, Charlotte couldn't have been more helpful and spent time in remedying it. Fantastic customer service. I'll certainly be back when time comes that I need my next pair.

Knowledgeable and experienced staff that try their best to find you your best shoe. I had my gait analysed and the selection of shoes was extensive.

Excellent service. I've been coming here for over 15 years. The best place for runners. Cannot be beaten for service. Customer service is second to none. Dave and Paul are excellent.

I went on their website and booked a gait analysis, being relatively new to running. I arrived and was treated superbly. The gentleman was friendly, offered lots of advice and support, and spent a not inconsiderable time letting me try different running shoes on, and advising each as we went. I was so impressed, and was never asked for details for "marketing purposes" none of that nonsense. The gait analysis was very useful and simple, I was thankful for it. Really would recommend this place, outstanding. Thank you.
