I highly recommend Advice wise for all mortgage advice and dealings. I am nervous and extermley cautious person, but i could not be happier with the care, attention and speed of resolve both Judy and Adam undertook. I felt great reasurance and ease during the process of re-newing my mortgage terms and felt that their expert advice and experience has overted a potential disaster as interest rates rise. This is so valuable and critical for anyone who needs help. If like me you are drowing in the uncertainty of current financial climates and you need friendly and trusted advisors then i would not hesitate to contact them before the next budget announcements. i wont go anywhere else now, its been a needle in a haystack to find local and caring experts. I know nothing about mortgages and I am a single mum with a mortgage so i struggle to trust companies and services. a bit of hand holding and delicate approach (thankyou Judy) left me in no doubt. Adam was unbelievably helpful and guided us along as we purchased our first home. Two houses fell through which meant we needed our mortgage updating each time, he stayed late for us and found us a great deal (every time we went back the deal got better!) As first time buyers we had a lot of questions throughout the process and we always felt we could ask him, not matter how silly the questions were, and he would always respond - helpful, efficient, just an all round nice guy. Couldnt recommend Adam more.
