Nigel was extremely helpful, he went out of his way to help me, he was honest and gave me rough figures about prices to repair but didn't push me to get it done. I would highly recommend him.

Had an fault light and went to my local garage to check out.....they ran diagnostics but couldn't clear the faults, didn't know what was wrong quoting 100s and ,100s++ to repair ....looked online and came across Nigel from Road Runner mobile diagnostics....he found exact fault and cause, was able to tell me but wasn't able to clear, I was just happy he was able to locate EXACT fault so I knew what I was dealing with...however had a call from him a day or 2 later stating he hates being beaten and was able to locate software which may cure the fault, in other words he was bothered and determined to get to the bottom of this fault!!.....took car to him and what can I say...he cured the fault and saved me a fortune ...this guy knows his stuff and is a very likeable bloke...highly recommend

After 3 other mechanics looking at our car and not being able to find the fault I asked Nigel to have a look, left it for a day and he sorted it and for a very decent price. Will definitely be using him again and recommending him! Service: Electrical
