The service is great and my relative is looked after very well. My relative has regularly staff and great management. I would definitely recommend this company!

I would definitely NOT recommend ANYONE set foot in this place. I have been in care 10 years and can honestly say they are by far the worst. Had to leave after only 5 weeks because of poor management. The clients are lovely bit they just take advantage of the staff. They will grind you down and I'm so glad I got out. They need reporting to cqc. Donr work for them people. Go somewhere else.

The manager at sutton coldfield branch didnt even bother to call me back as she promised and was never available when I called and she knew my mum needed care. Rubbish service definitely not recommend.

I was employed here and clients were lovely the Edgbaston branch has Very poor management. The Manager have no consideration or respect for you and the shifts are not organised properly. You literally have to call up to remind them about your weekends off and then theyll still book you on shifts even on your days off. There are no employees benefits like paid travel or petrol, theyll have you all over birmingham especially if you have a car. I can go on and on but until theres any improvements I dont recommend working here unless you like working for an unorganised company.
