Vision Express Opticians at Tesco - New Oscott, Sutton Coldfield

I visited the new oscott store today and I had an accident,when I went to sit on the stool in the pre eye test room the stool which had wheels slid from behind me and I ended up on my bottom, the operative was apologetic but at no stage did she offer to note the accident in a Hand S accident book, then after the pre eye test she replaced the stool with a fixed leg one. The room is too small to carry out such a function and I'm sure it doesn't comply with H&S guidelines. Regards Christopher O'Meara One disgruntled customer

This store has set the standard for high street opticians and turned myself, family, friends and associates away from the poor customer service of Boots and Specsavers. The staff are a credit to your company and really demonstrate how a little friendliness and patience goes a long way. Keep up the great work.

With never having an eye test in my adult life I was rather apprehensive, but my nerves was settled upon arrival and was greeted by a Customer Service Advisor called Elliot. His careful explanation of each process and the justification behind each step was very reassuring. I was really impressed with the whole process, which took around 30 minutes. Elliot shared his knowledge on what frame to get. Fantastic service, and very happy with todays journey.
