I have a MS and wear an orthotic in my right shoe. My orthotist recommended Billy shoes to help me with my independence in putting my orthotic on. I ordered two different styles online but unfortunately they dont fit. I have swelling in my right foot and the shoes just dont work. I was appalled to find out that a company that specialises in working with the disabled requires the customer to pay for packaging/postage to send products back. I have previously ordered other shoes online through different providers and they have always sent prepaid labels if you need to send the item back. If you have any issues or questions with sizing then I do not recommend you use this company.

Have has 2 pairs of adult Billy boots. I struggle to get shoes on, so these looked great. The canvas ones were great, although the left boot zip is a bit tight. I also bought the chucka boot black suede Unfortunately I didnt try them on when they came. When I did go to put them on, the right boot is ok, but the left boot goes no where near over my foot. I did emal saying not sure what to do, as there was a fair amount of time between purchase and finding they are either not of acceptable quality, but heard nothing back. So I have a useless brand new un worn boots, just taking up space. Want to order the trainers and the another pair of the canvas boots, but a little concerned about quality control

Lovely people. My 8 year old has her first ever shoes that fit over her splints and aren't 6 sizes too long! We visited the showroom by appointment: the choice of shoes is great, lots of colours and patterns with full toe zips that look like part of the shoe. Gemma took time to help us choose and we couldn't be happier.

We recently tried the Kay Cey Popper Vest and we absolutely love it! The fabric wears and washes well and did not shrink at all. It fits true to size & has the perfect casual loose fit tee shirt look to it. I love that the snap up bottom keeps it perfectly tucked in no matter what my daughters doing. It has awesome full coverage as its more of a boy-short length when snapped up as opposed to just a high cut thigh like most onesies have. This longer leg line means NOTHING SHOWS!! So discreet whether its covering underwear or even a diaper or pull up... you cant see it at all! It also means it blocks access for those who have a tendency to fidget with their undergarments. This means it also works super great for overnight wear, either on its own OR under other pajama bottoms as it securely stays tucked in and covers access to pull up or undergarments. Love the quick easy snaps & the fact that the center snap is colored making it easy to find and get them lined up correctly right away. This makes fast changes even faster! It makes toileting assistance simple as there is no need to remove the entire short, just unsnap, and snap back when done. Its also tagless so no worries about a tag irritating my childs neck. I love how age appropriate it looks paired with some cute jeans! My daughter can feel comfortable and look like her teenage friends!
