Was given Keenans details by the church where our family grave lies. My parents ashes were interred there last summer. Nearly a year on and over 1k on (with another due when they actually do the work) they have still not added the names to the gravestone. Not even able to give an indication of when they may be done!! Rachel very nice on the phone (when it is picked up) but still an expensive and VERY DISAPPOINTING experience! WITHIN AN HOUR of placing this review received a call from Rachel committing to remove the stone for work on it next week and have back in place by end March! (First time any date has been committed to). Yay!!! Coincidence or result of review?!?!?
