        I had some questions regarding writing a will, which Mrs Begum kindly answered over the phone so I didnt request an appointment right away. I will be looking to make an appointment sometime in the New Year, as both team members I spoke to were very helpful.

        From my personal experience I felt they are not people to deal with re will and loss someone. Front house also let them down. Lack reply re emails also very poor. It's such a sad and stressful time dealing with a loss of loved one. I personally felt lack of emotional support made the whole process extra stressful and emotional draining. So I'm sad to say could not recommend them to deal with estate of a loved one who has passed away
