I have been using Este at Sutton Coldfield now for a period of 3 months and i am very impressed with their customer service, the treatment and the cleanliness of the room. Bitta has been extremely helpful in aiding me with the light therapy sessions as well as the monoxidil treatment. Bitta always goes out of her way to make me feel welcome and will do all that she can to aid my treatment. Sally has been amazing throughout the experience and always replies to my messages at all times of the day. I would highly recommend the Sutton branch as they treat you like a family and are always there for you! Thank you Este.

Estee medical is a brilliant clinic, very much client centred and catered around individual needs. After speaking with Ozzy I got booked in to this Sutton Coldfield clinic, and Karoline who is one of the best therapist there made my experience so easy going, painless and was there every second of my journey. I was overly concerned about my skins tone snd texture and would hate wearing make up on occasions, today I dont even need to wear this as my skin is alhamdullilah flawless thanks to their hydra facials and micro needling. Karoline provided the best advice and made me feel so comfortable. This is my permanent place to go to for my skin now.
