I would give minus 10 to them if I could, I am very surprised by the good reviews, most of which seem fake. I have booked a cleaner for my room, I was contacted by mdc the day before to confirm the appointment and they asked me if I would be available to do the appointment earlier at 10am instead of 12:00. I agreed and left two hours earlier from my work to be at my place. By 10:05 the cleaner hasn't shown up and I called mdc to find out why the delay. The 'manager' told me that the cleaner was running late and she would come at my place at 1:00pm. At this point I did not have any other option but to agree. Finally at 1:05 pm I get a call from the cleaner who could barely speak English telling me that she was outside my house. I went out looking for her but could not find her. I called her again and she told me that she was in different postcode... Immediately the manager called to telle that thei cleaner was outside but at this point I was very frustrated with them and told them that I did not want their service. Will not bother doing any business with them. It is not just about having a fancy website but providing an equally professional and reliable service to the customer as well

The team were highly responsive and provided great service with the utmost professionalism. My home currently has a brand new feeling. I would be more than happy to use their services at some point in the future. Services: Deep clean, Standard cleaning, Office & workplace cleaning
