        I booked Dan to hang 5 doors in my property. He came on time and was polite, professional and down to earth. He did an absolutely fantastic job and I was so thrilled with the service I received that I rebooked him to install my new radiators which again he did flawlessly and to an extremely high standard.         I booked the work with Dan on the 3rd of September 2022 for works to be complete on Monday 17th October. October I confirmed the booking with him, then the night before the jobs were meant to be complete I messaged him to confirm, no response. Then on the actual day he informed me he would be at the home address around 12 noon. He did not show up and I haven't heard anything from him since. This is extremely unfortunate as I booked time off work and travelled to Birmingham for him to complete the jobs. I've lost out on 3 days pay and the jobs have not been complete. Extremely unprofessional.
