        I visited Razors Edge last week to arrange an appointment. Unfortunately due to an unforeseen mishap my glasses were damaged beyond repair, this was not the fault of any member of staff. Once Tim was aware of the incident he immediately arranged to have glasses replaced at some expense, I will be in possession of them tomorrow. Excellent standard and professional level of service.
