        They claim to ship internationally by placing an order and awaiting to be contacted to discuss the order... upon multiple requests now for a quote, I am still awaiting a response. I spoke with several reps who seem to be unable to read and understand a question in basic English nor their own web stores terms. Poor customer service overall, no idea how to address a potential client looking to spend thousands of dollars, e.g. referring to someone by their name, real poor level of service considering all the supposedly glowing reviews on here. Basic manners go a long way.
