A bad experience was had from the second our order was processed. The item has been discontinued by the supplier but still advertised on site. Still Two weeks after the issue. Customer support offered a similar item with a lead time of 7 days. I thoight that is fine as it is ordered in. A week passes and i contact Aquatics, Aquatics suggest they have the item in stock and have seen it after this i opt for next day delivery. An hour goes by and i receive a phone call stating the item is not in stock. I decided to cancel my order. Disappointing really I prefer buying from Uk based businesses, and my partner has ordered from you in a past life with no bother. We found the item on Amazon and it was delivered next day. With no problems. Order number 398372 if this could help review your processes.
