        Absolute disgrace. Rushed service and was completely let down by the staff that couldn't follow simple instructions. Coffin was nearly dropped twice, we were pushed and pulled all through the service. Coffin was in the ground before everyone had finished walking to the gravesite. Don't trust your loved ones with these people. Not fit to run a pet cemetery. Buried with all the dignity of a dead hamster

        Sarah was lovely very accommodating and its because of her I award one star. People check your coffin sizes as we were told 72 hours before the funeral that they made a mistake and we couldnt have a casket we were forced to have a coffin we could of had a bespoke or ordered a casket to fit but in such a short time, there mistake was disgusting.
