Ed & the team were fantastic for my father's funeral. From start to finish, Ed dealt with everything with extreme professionalism, nothing was unachievable - whatever the ask, even when it was a last minute curveball from us. The whole funeral was handled beautifully and gave my dad the send off he deserved. I don't write reviews, that often, but felt compelled in this case as the service Ed delivered was impeccable. Unfortunately didn't have the best service expected. My mothers coffin was scratched and chipped all down the side, when complained they did put up a fuss but eventually partially refund me for the coffin. The second thing was her ashes, as part of the package I purchased a Urn was included but when I went to collect her ashes she was in the same box the crematorium put her in. The guy who handed over the ashes tried to charge me extra for a Urn I just walked out sad and DISSAPOINTED. Please do better.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, my dad had the best send off & Ed & his team helped make it just how my dad would of wanted, cant thank them enough for all there help & Ed was always ready to help with everything I needed to send my dads ashes back to his home country, thankyou so much for everything you did.

Death & grief is a path that many of us, luckily, have little or no experience of how to navigate. Edward was a welcome aid on this journey. He was efficient , knowledgeable, kind, approachable , compassionate - in fact everything that you need at this time. I cannot recommend this local business enough. He made sure that everything was in place & that our Mum had a fitting tribute. I cannot thank you & your team enough .

I recommend Royal Town Funerals wholeheartedly. Nikki organised my Mums funeral to absolute perfection. One of the first things Nikki said to us was that she would treat our Mum like her own - and we can absolutely say that she did this. Nikki is fantastic at what she does and is a credit to her profession.
