        We were very pleased with the service provided by Desa electrical. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, clean, quick and punctual. The work was a reasonable price. They visited us to assess the situation and provide a quote and advice (which we appreciated as some of their competitors did not offer to do this as they just quoted over the phone) and we were happy that we decided to go with them for the work.         Fantastic service and response time! My nan's power kept cutting out, she is 86 and lives alone. I explained the situation on the phone and Nick was round within 30 minutes to rectify the issue. The team also kept me updated on the issue which was really reassuring. Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much. Service: Electrical power restoration
