Result: PASSED FIRST TIME! Dave has the ability to make learning fun and relaxed yet stay focused. My son was apprehensive before his first session because we had just relocated from Sussex and the Birmingham streets were very different. From the first session he was sold. Thank you Dave for a great driving experience for my son. Hes over the moon!

Dave from Riverside Driving Academy kindly took me on as a pupil after my previous instructor finished teaching due to other commitments. From the start, I was motivated and encouraged to be the most confident and safest driver I can be. Despite anxieties, Dave always believed in my ability and helped me pass yesterday! I cannot thank Dave enough for all of his support and knowledge, preparing me to tackle the roads.

Wasn't taught here but an instructor made a great impression on us and wanted to support them! We (2) were cycling in a road in Sutton Coldfield and were overtaken on a right-hand turn at traffic lights by someone obviously in too much of a rush to care about driving too close. The car behind was a Riverside Driving Academy car, and the instructor shouted encouraging words and tried to help us by taking the details of the reckless driver. Thank you for looking out for other road users - clearly a nice lot, would recommend based on that alone!

Learning to drive with Dave was great, I couldnt recommend him enough! He was able to keep me at ease, my nerves down and all while having a joke and laugh. He managed to help me pass my driving test first time and got me confident at driving. Cheers Dave!
