Devastated to learn the only three original doctors from before the stupid group practice have decamped to Manor No communication at all with patients Dr Garbutt, Dr Ahmed and Dr Armstrong Pigs might fly first before being able to move to Manor As much as it galls me I foresee the only way to see a GP who you can get to know is private It is disgusting what those original doctors did by dumping the awful group practice on Sutton Coldfield

My experience with this practice has been nothing but exceptional. To both the clerical team and the administrative staff I give my whole hearted thanks. Quick, decisive and informative even with niche mental health condition. Best of what the NHS delivers. LGBTQIA+ welcoming too! Special thanks to Tracey at the desk and Marie on the nursing team.

If you manage to get an appointment with this practice, perhaps you have a chance to see a doctor. There are never any appointments to book online for the future and never any appointments if you call. Youre in the phone for hours only to be told no appointments. When I finally manage to get a face to face appointment, I got a text saying it was cancelled due to staff illness and they would rebook. I am still waiting. You may as well not have a GP if with this practice. They are completely inaccessible.

Very bad service and seriously considering changing. I phoned on 20th August to make an appointment and after waiting for almost an hour i eventually spoke to a very rude receptionist. Can you believe the first appointment she could offer me was the 26th September!!! Totally unacceptable
