        Lots of variety and value items...if not available on the day...would be available the next day if ordered...difficult for returning items if you changed your mind.....customer services on phone takes ages to answer

        One star is generous. Fine if you want a quick collection however the two Karens at this place have zero customer service skills. I tried to return something not fit for purpose/ faulty to be told I couldnt as they observed finger prints! This pair better off as CSI than customer service assistants. Anyway, drove to Tamworth who dealt with the issue professionally. Will use that store from now on, fingers crossed they close this one
