        I have been going here for the past year and I am very impressed. I have been to quite a few dental clinics in Birmingham before and none of them even comes close to the level of excellence of 321 Dental Care! They are always extremely professional, explain everything with patience and compassion and they cooperate with the patients to find the best solution in each case. Just this week I have had an emergency and when I called in, they were able to see me the same day (not in 4-6 weeks like other dentists had told me before in a similar situation). My regular dentist was on holiday - no problem, they did not use that as an excuse, but instead I was seen by Dr. Leosher - what an Absolute Legend!!! He took the pain away efficiently and took the time to explain everything, despite having a particularly busy day (they hide the stress very well, but I could tell). I cannot praise these people enough, what an honourable profession and seeing someone so truly passionate about it is nothing but inspiring. Reception team is also always very polite and the assistants are friendly and accomodating. Always a pleasure going there!

        Had an extraction today and received excellent care from the minute I walked in.. the lady at reception, Mr Loescher and the lovely young lady assisting put me at ease straightaway, as always and I cant recommend this practice highly enough.
