We can not fault! We have received a professional and personal service from simplicity with my fathers requested unattended service. From the first call to arrange the collection and funeral with Michelle, to the commutation with Jennie and ashes returned, we have felt supported and appreciated. All went above and beyond. Thank you. As such we have chosen to use them for ourselves when our time arrive.

My nan got cremated in Telford and the service itself was nice and everything my nan wanted, simple and no fuss, however today we've received my nans ashes and after my mum ordered a urn for her to be put into when we paid for the funeral they've placed my nan into BAG and then in a cardboard box, we as a family are disgusted and it's really disrespectful and all they've said is they'll look into well they bloody better, the pain this has coursed my family is horrible and I hope they learn there lesson, as if it's not bad enough losing her we've been disrespected enough to put her in a bag

Easy to arrange, very good value and efficient( but I will never be able to confirm this I guess) , as if its mine I wont be around to Google review. Though by then maybe Google will have connections beyond life? Go ahead and book your simple Collect and Cremate unattended type funeral. You know it makes sense We Will All definitely Need one! Dont waste loads of money on a standard funeral save your or your estates money and maybe have a decent wake instead. It fixes your costs and still uses the UKs leading directors with hundreds of local centres. Cost is fixed and your money is safe in a trust fund. About one third the standard cost. Buy now. 3k for TWO pre-booked funerals!

Simple to compare plans and select plan. Got all the paperwork quickly. I only wish that they would send a wallet sized card with my policy number and plan details - making it easier for others to find.
