Clean well presented store but staff a bit snotty and don't seem to be in a rush to serve people & more interested in chatting to colleagues regards previous nights television programs

Automatic doors, well spaced out and well lit, easy to use for a wheelchair user Big selection of books, stationary, pens, magazines and some chocolate although chocs more expensive than anywhere else unless you get an offer for BOGOF. There is a small M&S food section with pasta, sandwiches, Colin caterpillar and Percy pig sweets and their own yummy shortbread. Self service is impossible to use in a wheelchair as it's lined up too narrow, too close together, can't get my feet in as in the way so can't reach buttons and I find I am blocking access for others to use self service as it's narrow, so down side is that I have to join the till queue, which is usually busy, where the cashier tells me I should have used self service and I have to explain the above over again that it's crammed in too tightly for a wheelchair and can't reach buttons as there's no overhang for me to tick my legs and feet under. The only shop that has got till counters correct for a wheelchair is Primark. Other shops can learn a lot from them. I'm out of the way, I can reach payment pad and feel safe and catered for, and no one is leaning on me! But that applies to all shops.
