Ang/Angela is very rude in here and unpleasant regarding collecting a parcel. Her attitude is appalling and not customer friendly. Will avoid being served by her again. However the girls in the Post office are very helpful and polite.

I am a sixth form student at Fairfax Academy and I am appalled by the attitude of their recently designated security. During the day, us sixth formers only have a 30 minute window from 1:15pm - 1:45pm to go to the co-op, get lunch, and return to the school. This means there is little time to waste. Yet, they are forcing strictly students to queue outside of the co-op and only allowing a limited number of students in the shop at once. This has resulted in a large queue of up to 20 students waiting outside the shop of which I waited 10 - 15 minutes to get food. Meanwhile, we watch security allow non-students, who are not in any hurry at all, into the shop. All the non-students seemed so comfortable and happy, yet we were all contemplating on whether to get food at all as we may be late to school. I had to swiftly decide what I wanted to get for lunch and rush eating as I quickly pace back to school in order to not be late. Thankfully, I was not late, have I been a few minutes later I would have been. Besides the point, none of us want to be spending almost every lunchtime racing time in order to satisfy our human need to eat food and not be late to school. In addition to this, upon looking into the interior of the shop, only one of the self-checkout machines were being used, the tills didn't seem particularly busy either. Given the circumstances, the queue seems nonsensical. Trying not to come off as rude, I was curious about the queue and pleaded my circumstances to security of which I received the response 'I do not care', I questioned further and again they responded 'I do not care', their tone was very rude, almost aggressive. I feel like staff at co-op has developed a biased view and tunnel vision for the students who depend on their local services to satisfy their human needs.
