The items are good quality and competitively priced. I ordered for 2.5 bathrooms. The owner made a few mistakes; incorrect tiles, bath and mirror. The first two I was able to pick up before paying and it was rectified. However the last one I was not and it was installed before I identified the issue. When I spoke to the owner about it, he said because I had installed it, there was nothing he could do (there was no actual fault with the mirror but it didnt have a shaver socket which we told him we wanted). When I suggested for the future it would be helpful that he writes down what customers want, he left me a really unprofessional and very aggressive voice note. If you do shop here, please check your items before buying and installing and dont make the same mistake as me in thinking that if anything goes wrong you can trust Chris to sort it because he gives that impression. I had no issues with their installers, K&T bathrooms. They did a great job and the owner here couldnt be anymore opposite in terms of dealing with any issues - he was great as was his team.

Fantastic service from the guys at Premier. Chris helped us pick and design the bathroom we really wanted after numerous other companies couldn't. The supply process was seamless and we had no issues. The lads from K&T Bathrooms completed the rip out and installation to the highest quality. Communicated every step to us and kept the house nice and tidy at the end of each day. Highly recommend both companies!

The quality of the bathroom suite we bought was good, despite an issue with the incorrect floor tiles turning up. Work on our tiny ensuite took 1 month, the overall installation organisation was really poor. The tiler and plasterer they hired did a good job, but some of the plumbing work was quite shoddy, we still have a leak in the sink that they haven't fixed and my husband had to refit the door bar as the door wouldn't shut, they hadn't fitted it properly at all. Would I buy from the shop again - yes. Would I have them fit a bathroom again for me - No.

I've just had a total bathroom refurbishment carried out by Premier and am extremely pleased with the end result . Chris made the process as easy as possible from choosing tiles and bathroom furniture to the actual fit out. The team were very considerate of being in someone else's home. They protected flooring and tidied up each day. The work took 10 days and was as painless as building work can be. I'd definitely recommend them.
