        We ordered click and collect at around half 5 on a Sunday it says online that 5:45 is the latest you can order click and collect so we arrived at the store around 5:40 to be rudely told to leave by a young blonde woman with some horrible tattoos telling us its not her problem and shes no bothered how we get a refund its nothing to do with her we were poorly spoken to and I hope somebody does something about it

        Staff are lovely and despite getting extremely busy they manage to keep up with orders and the queue goes down quickly. Sometimes the tables can be dirty but they get so busy they don't always get time to clean up. During quieter times they always keep the place clean and tidy.
