I recently visited this store and was greeted and served by the most pleasant and knowledgeable young man. The service and advice he provided was excellent but unfortunately on my 2nd and 3rd visit, that all changed. On these visits I entered the store whilst a middle aged blonde lady was busy chatting away on the phone behind the counter. She appeared irritated by my arrival, and asked if I needed help. I replied that I just wanted to browse the devices on offer to which the lady picked the phone back up and said, "hang on, someone's come in". I apologized for interrupting her call and againnsaid I only wanted to browse. She replied, "that's ok, he can wait for as long as you take", whilst she stood watching me. Suffice to say, l left almost straight away, as she made me feel truly uncomfortable. I visited again several days later, hoping the helpfull man may have been in store, but sadly he was not. Once again the older lady was sat near the window, with the phone glued to her ear, looking irritated that a customer had interrupted her private call. I now choose to shop at nearby Evolution Vaping. The difference is night and day. Great service and genuinely helpful staff who aren't permanently attached to their phones.

Cant recommend this place enough! The staff are so friendly, welcoming, kind and caring. They go above and beyond and nothing is ever too much to ask. The stock is always full and whatever you need, theyve got it. Well done guys and keep up the good work!
