On every occasion that I went to collect my child his name was incorrectly signed off for another child's name. Funnily enough his name was always mistaken for other ethnic minority children's names. God forbid there would ever be a fire drill, how will the staff know which is the correct child on the register???
I'll give 2 stars as my child did say he had fun however low rating due to the ignorant staff/children at reception signing the children in and out. Word of advice..take an extra 5 seconds to read the child's name even if it is unfamiliar to you and if you're incapable of putting words of the english alphabet together seek further assistance from a colleague who has that ability to do so.
Will I return next year...probably not as I'm sure nothing will be done about this lack of education for the staff here.
