Highly recommend JTM, I needed a survey doing fairly last minute in our buying process, Adrian managed to go out, complete the survey and provide us with the report all within a week of our first call! They're very efficient and communicated with us regularly throughout the process, providing updates and helpfully answering any questions we had. The report itself was very detailed, clearly outlined and had images to show that each aspect of the survey had been carefully carried out. I've had a survey report in the past but this one was far better and exceeded expectations - especially as JTM was one of the lowest price quotes we received, definitely worth the money. Overall, Adrian / JTM is a pleasure to deal with and did a brilliant job for us. Thank you!

Adrian conducted a level 3 homebuyer's survey for myself. He was recommended to myself from a family member. Maintained good communication throughout. Caught up after the survey to answer a few questions. Clearly a very experienced and reliable surveyor who knows what he advises on. Would recommend to family/friends.

Fantastic service. JTM had availability when all others were busy, their price was lower than all others, yet the survey was very well presented and comprehensive. All communications electronic (modern age) as was the report delivery. All super efficient. I can thoroughly recommend JTM Building Consultancy.
